Tumbling & Trampoline
Our Tumbling classes encompass all aspects of tumbling for both those aspiring to become Cheerleaders or those who would simply like to learn tumbling rather than all gymnastics apparatus. This class evelop the strength, flexibility, and agility that can help to protect joints from injury. This is a co-ed, 55 minute long class.
covers all the basics of running and standing tumbling such as handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, and back handsprings; focusing on form and technique. This is a co-ed class for ages 6 & up.
Today’s athletes – even children – are looking for a way to gain a competitive advantage or achieve an “edge” and sports conditioning can help them do that. This is a fitness training program specifically designed for athletes. Not only can sports conditioning enhance performance, it can help to prevent injuries – a benefit that many don’t initially see. Conditioning can help develop the strength, flexibility, and agility that can help protect joints from injury.
Offered for all children ages 5 through teen. Our daytime classes are perfect for home school families looking to fulfill their Physical Education requirements. This is a class for school age boys and girls of all skill levels. This class will focus on fitness, developing confidence, body awareness, athletic skills and basic core strength. The class will incorporate the use of trampolines, tumble trak and much more! This is a 55 minute, co-ed class.
Adult Gym is great for people who have never done gymnastics as well as those who are looking to take their skills to the next level. Adult (Ages 18 & up) who have never tried gymnastics, who were once gymnasts, or who want to challenge themselves will have a fun time learning proper progressions. You will improve your strength, flexibility, and body awareness, as well as master fundamental gymnastics skills. This is a 55 minute, co-ed class.
